My last period was July 20th but my doctor says my due date is may 15. I found out I was pregnant on august 28 and if my due date is may 15 thas means I got pregnant august 22. And my stomach measures 34cm but he still says I'm only 30 weeks. What's goin on?

I am due may 3rd

my last period was July 28th and conceived around Aug 14th I am 33 weeks along and measure 32cm. They don't count the weeks from conception they count from your last period...it's confusing. But they are usually right!

I hope this helps since our dates are so close together!

I get a weekly update from baby gaga (an e-mail) you might want to check out that site...it can caculate your due date and I am sure it will be the same. Plus there is a lot of fun stuff on there!

All those dates are estimates...Just because you are due on May 15 now just means baby is growing a little faster than "normal". And using August 22 as conception isn't 100%, that's just an estimate...My LMP was 11-29-09...I should be due 9-5-10, I am due 9-23-10. I ovulated REALLY late...In the beginning of pregnancy they base your due date on LMP and/or ultrasound...after the 2nd trimester your due date is based on how your baby is growing...It is impossible to get an accurate conception date based on a later ultrasound or measurements....I wouldn't worry too much about it...baby will come whenever it's ready!! Most women don't deliver on their due date anyway. Best of luck.

Doctor is way off... My due date is also May 15th. Last period was August 7th, and I am 31 weeks going on 32. I would say you are about a week or two earlier than what the doctor said. Your baby will come out one way or another, so just think, if the dates are right, we have a whole 61 days til we meet our babies!

When they take your blood they look at you HGC levels, they will know almost EXACTLY how pregnant you are by those. They could be a week off, or a couple of days, but never a month- at least if they're real professionals.

You're not pregnant for 9 months, hun- it's a FULL 9 months which is 40 weeks. It's really more like 10 months.

if your last period was july 20th then you should be due april 26th. when i was pregnant with my baby girl the doctors told me how to find my due date, they said add 7 days to the first day of my last period then 9 months. But your doctor might be saying your due date is May 15th by the way the baby looks on the ultra sound, some babies grow slower then usual and some grow faster,it all depends.

it incredibly is incredibly incorrect because of fact my era became into additionally sept 25. and that they advised me my due date is july 2 besides. right here the way it is going they calculate from the final day of your missed sessions (it incredibly is how usa does it ) so dazzling now we the two are approximately to be 5 WEEKS yay!!!! yet as for a fashion a techniques alongside your fetus is we are purely 2 or 3 Weeks because of fact it incredibly is while the sperm and the egg because of fact a fetus and your HCG levels began elevating ( that's the ecu way of calculation of due date from ovulation.) the two way your dazzling your due date is july 2 purely like mine!! =) and your wonderful do not hardship because of fact I even have an appointment at 8 weeks on nov 20 too to ascertain how issues are going alongside.

When I was pregnant I literally had 3 due dates, they're just a guess anyway. Only 5% of babies are born on their due dates.

Your doctor is correct because women are actually pregnant for 10 months & not 9. They can also tell by measuring your baby inside of you.

The only way you can really know your due date is through an ultrasound, doctors only guess, but when they see the fetus they can calculate much better. The told me my due date was 0ct 18th, i gave birth Oct 16th =]

I'd tend to trust those with a medical degree. The due date is not always exactly 9 months. If you are confused just ask him/her and I'm sure as a professional they'd be more than willing to explain

You or no else can say when you got pregnant. You can estimate but thats it. They calculate it by your last period.
