Ok. If you look at the left side of the picture, it is a picture of my baby's head. Well on the left side there seem to be a gap in the circle. Almost like a gap in the skull. Do you see it? IT is a pretty decent size gap, and looks like the circle (skull) is not a complete circle. I am freaking out. Is this normal have you seen this before. I cant get a hold of my doc and im freaking out. The skull should be fused in a circle right?

It's ok calm down and relax so that your not adding anymore stress to the baby than they need. First off it can be anything from the baby having their head pushed so far into the placenta that some of the pic of the skull looks like it's missing. If it really was anything really bad the ultrasound tech would have notified the Dr before you even left the hospital because that would mean that something was wrong and they needed to see you right away. If I were you I'd still try and get a hold of your Dr even leave messages with your Dr's nurse so that you can be put at complete ease hope all turns out well and the rest of your pregnancy and delivery goes well. :)

The skull isn't really "fused" until after the birth. That's the reason for the "soft spot" you hear about on babies. The skull is able to shift around during birth in order for delivery through the birth canal. If there was a problem your doctor would have mentioned it while they were taking the ultrasound photos. Everything is fine!! :)

Maybe it's the soft spot?

there skulls aren't completely connected so its easier come labor time... my sons sono looked the same and he is perfectly healthy

if your still really worried then call the Doctors' office and speak to a nurse

GOOD LUCK

Probably his soft spot..I'm sure if there was something to be concerned about your doctor would've mentioned it.
