Question:
How do you know if you're definitely pregnant (1 week into the supposed pregnancy) without taking a test

In other words the symptoms (be specific please). I'm 16 and I dont want to tell my parents so the test and going to the doctor is out of the question.
Me and my bf had sex with a condom 4 times that day. Then we got carried away and the 5th time we didn't use anything. I plan my periods (every 28 days) and it was supposed to come on the 28th and it hasn't come on yet. I'm kinda scared because the more supposed symptoms my friends tell me about they seem to happen to me. I haven't had spotting yet though. My and my bf had sex Monday of last week. So how do i know if I'm pregnant and am I pregnant (could my period possibly come on tomorrow or later...?)

Stress could be causing you to miss or be late on your period! I was late on mine after I had sex with my bf. the first signs are fatigue, tender breasts, nausea, morning sickness, frequient unination, light headaches, spotting of blood from inplantation, constipation, heart burn, and a metallic taste in your mouth. if he didn't ejaculate in you then you don't need to worry so much, i am your age and know what your going through so don't worry. What symptoms are you having? To be on the safe side I would use a condom every time, i really doubt you are because he didn't ejaculate inside you! You are probly just freaking out cause I wasen't pregnant but seemed to be having all the same signs. Don't stress about it k? just be careful next time! :)

First Off CALM DOWN! If you are pregnant, the more stress you put on yourself the worse it is on the baby. Now, there is such a thing called a "phantom" pregnancy. You could be having symptoms because you are thinking to yourself "Im pregnant, that means i have these symptoms." No matter who is telling you, EVERYONES symptoms are different. Some of the most common however are No period, swollen or tender breasts, fatigue, nausea at ANYTIME of day, frequent urination, darkening of nipple. Also, If you know when you had unprotected sex, see if its anywhere from the 9th to 14th day after your last period, if yes, its very possible you are pregnant. However, i will tell you that the more you stress, the longer your period will be suspended. I suggest you go and get a test, or have someone you trust get one for you. From now on, use condoms all the time or else be on birth control. Trust me I've been there, you are better to be safe than sorry. Hope this helps & Good luck!!

Without taking a test, the only way to know for sure if you 'repregnant is to feel the baby kicking/moving (which wont' happen until 18-20 weeks), hearing the heartbeat (which would require a doppler or stethascope, and also won't be possible for several months), seeing the fetus on x-ray or ultrasound, or giving birth.

You don't need your parents to get a pregnancy test. You can either buy one at the store, or go to Planned Parenthood. If you ARE pregnant your parents will have to find out eventually, so do a test. If you aren't pregnant, you can relax, and commit to being more careful about birth control. And if you are pregnant, the sooner you find out the sooner you can decide what to do.

well technically if you were pregnant you would be considered like 4 wks not 1 coz they count it from the day of ur LMP. The only way to know for sure is with a PG test. There are no definite signs. If money is a prob go to Dollarama and get one..or 2 just to be sure.

This book is a must read for any woman trying to get pregnant. I was devastated and so was my husband after being told by my fertility specialist at age 38 that I had no option but to consider adoption or donor eggs (according to my doctor I was out of eggs and gave me 4% chance of getting pregnant and a 2% chance of carrying a baby to full term). After much research and dozens of hours reading infertility related articles and posts online, I have found this book! I never believed in anything alternative to western medicine and thought all the other stuff like Chinese medicine was a hoax. But I was soon glad to be wrong as I followed step by step guidelines. After one month of trying I became pregnant and had a beautiful healthy boy. Nine months after that I did everything in the book again and after 2 months of trying I got pregnant again and gave birth to another perfect little boy. I would recommend anyone with an open mind to read this book. It just might be the answer to your prayers.

Well personally I got pregnant and I didnt know..It was one week after my period and I thought I was okay..I had no symptoms at all....Out of the blue something told me to check because afterwards I was not feeling right..So my husband bought a test and I took it and it said negative..but then a week later I took another one it was positive and thats when i went to the doctor and she told me that I was 4 1/2 weeks..So its always a strong possibility..ALWAYS USE PROTECTION..BESIDES PREGNANCY THERE IS THE RISK OF STD'S OR EVEN AIDS!!!

its abortion. thats the only way to stop it now. however, people that support abortion say that it is not a child yet. that it has no arms legs defined head. that is why you can only get an abortion for a certain amount of time. the longer it goes on, the more "baby" it is. however at this point it would have a heart that beats. its your choice. and it would be a good idea to make sure she is pregnant with a test. maybe she isnt and this will be a little lesson....

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.

The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great method to get pregnant fast:

Now a day's many couples are there who decide to extend their family and get pregnant after some years of their commitment. There is nothing more frustrating than the feeling of being infertile. If a couple are not able to conceive naturally after one year of regular, unprotected and well timed sex, is called as infertile couple. Infertility that causes incapability to conceive can be extremely stressful and painful. Sterility which accurse when the eggs or the sperm are not fertile and incapable of reproduction is not called as infertility. If you are not able to conceive naturally or infertile couple, it doesn't mean you should run to the doctor immediately. The first approach should be tried to maximize fertility naturally. Only a very small number of cases require medical or surgical treatment.

How to get pregnant by boosting your fertility following the right diet could be the single most important factor for successful conception. A Spanish research has recently found that men could boost their sperm counts by eating less red meat and fatty foods. Harvard University also found that women who found dietary changes reduce the chance of being infertile by as much as 80%.

High stress level can also affect the women's fertility. Latest study from Oxford University and US national institute of health revealed that high stress level may hamper your pregnancy. Your chances of getting pregnant are not only hampered by mental stress but with physical effects. It is said that athletic training and the air hostesses experience on long-haul flights can stop them ovulating. This is because stress affects the area of the brain from where ovary takes the order. When brain does not sent an order to ovulate, menstrual period stops and conception becomes very harder. So, lowering your stress level may help you in getting pregnant.

Aside from the other risk of being infertile, your health is also responsible for it. Excess weight and fat can lead to infertility. Being overweight can lead to an overproduction of certain hormones that disrupt ovulation. Your monthly cycle may be less regular, your ovulation may be less often, and you can decrease the chances of getting pregnant. On the other side, being under weight is also very responsible for making you infertile. Little body fat means your body may not able to produce enough hormones to ovulate each month or sustain a pregnancy if you get pregnant. An expert says that exercise may help you in maintaining a healthy weight. Just do not over do exercise. Over exercises also raises miscarriages risk. It's better to talk to your doctor about your exercises which may help you in getting pregnant and helpful in boosting your fertility.

Not every woman has symptoms, so a test is the only way. My main symptoms were sore breasts and fatigue.

Make your boyfriend get you a test or a friend. They are less than $10.

Pregnancy doesn't start the day you miss your period. It usually begins 2 weeks BEFORE your missed period. Most sperm are released in precum AND a pregnancy test is not going to be too accurate after 1 week. If you had sex 3 weeks ago, go take a test.

THESE QUESTIONS SHOULD BE ASKED BEFORE YOU HAVE SEX THE FIRST TIME.

infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.

Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility. However. infertility isn't terrible like you thought, we can treat it. Learn more here:

Trying to get pregnant: One of the most infuriating parts of conceiving a child is actually waiting to get pregnant. A lot of women seeking to get pregnant wonder: How long should it take for me to conceive? Along with, what exactly are these prospects? Even though there are particular steps you can take to raise your chances of conceiving, you should know of the general duration it requires each and every woman to get pregnant. The typical time it takes to conceive - Normally, 20% of people seeking to get pregnant will not end up pregnant in the initial year of attempting. Reported by one study, 25% of couples get pregnant in the primary four week period of attempting, whilst 60% of partners seeking to get pregnant do it within six months. On the other hand, 75% of couples get pregnant within just 9 months while 80% fall pregnant inside a year. Lastly, around 90% of partners get pregnant within 18 months of attempting.

Factors Which Will Effect You Getting Pregnant!

There are a variety of factors that could have an affect on your prospects of conceiving a child, which include your lifestyle, and just how physically fit you might be. Mental health factors such as depressive disorders and tension may also have an impact on your chances of becoming pregnant. The inability to conceive is yet another, although less common cause of not being able to get pregnant. The stress caused by not being able to conceive is affecting about 2% of the United states population, or around 1.2 million men and women.

Perhaps surprisingly, in couples that are encountering difficulty seeking to get pregnant, the condition sits evenly in both sexes, with equally male and female factors accounting for 30% of infertile partners.

Stress can cause a period to be late. Your period could possibly come tonight, tomorrow, 2 weeks from now. If you can try and take a test so you don't stress out.

If you had missed your period you would not be 1 weeks pregnant. YOU WOULD BE 4. You obviously know nothing about pregnancy let alone sex. SO WHY ARE YOU DOING IT?

1st week menses

2nd week ovulation

3rd week conception/implantation

4th week missed or altered period!
