How can you try and avoid all the loose skin on your belly after pregnancy?

I'm using bio oil quite frequently. Anything else?

I know diet and exercise will help me get into shape (I haven't actually put much weight on though) but what about the skin.

Mostly hereditary. But what you are doing now is good. Keep it up.

the loose skin the the cause of you stretching out more then you can take. that is why you get stretch marks.... when you lose all the elastin in your stomach that is what makes you have a saggy tummy afterwards... you are doing all you can do to prevent on your end, but all in all if you get the saggy tummy and stretchmarks- that is based on your hereditary.... you can do things to HELP with it- like using actual vitamin e oil on your stomach to help "prevent" stretchmarks... also can use cocoa butter lotion.

bio oil is excellent. It helps with scars, stretch marks etc but not loose skin otherwise we would all be using it!!

the best way to loose any excess weight is to eat healthily, do gentle exercises (your midwife will advise you on this) and breast feed.
