More than likely. While there have been cases of infertility due to malpractice or scar tissue, it's rare. Malpractice is much less common in modern medicine and scar tissue only affects those who have had multiple abortions. Your chances of getting pregnant in the future are about as good as they are now.

How far along are you? There is an abortion pill you can take but they will not give it to you if your over 12 weeks.They tell you there is a risk you can't get pregnant again. But there is also a chance you can get pregnant..Please think ALOT b4 you get a abortion. I was 16 when i had my daughter and she is the best thing that has even happend to me...I am now 22 and married with my 3rd and the last baby on her way. WHether you can have children in the future depends on how much scar tissue there is. You really should keep your baby. Everything happens for a reason. If you really don't want to be a mom yet consider an open adoption where you can still be in your child's life. Abortion seems like a "quick fix" to an unwanted pregnancy, but it will haunt you forever. No one has the right to take an innocent life!

That's a myth! If someone posts to this question about it being true, please PLEASE don't listen to them. I have had two abortions due to personal reasons and I am pregnant again. I am not high risk nor have any complications. I am perfectly healthy and my doctor does not find my previous abortions to be any concern to my current pregnancy. As long as the abortions are done under proper medical attention, then you should be fine. Do NOT attempt to abort the child by yourself or under a non-medical facility.

I'm 16, and my boyfriend and i do have sex, but if i ever got pregnant i would definitely take responsibility for my actions, and at least have the baby. My family has strong beliefs, they are absolutely against abortion. My dad would not even let me consider that option. We have talked about it before, and he said if i ever got pregnant before i was finished with college, he would take care of the baby until i was stable enough to take care of it on my own. Please don't kill this baby just because it's inconvenient for you. Learn to think about your actions, and the possibilities of what could happen. If you were raped, that would be a different story. My dad believes in abortion at that point. I don't, even though you were raped, it's STiLL YOUR BABY. Don't kill an innocent baby :(

Is having the baby and giving up for adoption an option. there are so many people out there that would just love to have a baby, but they can not get pregnant! if your adult enough to have sex. you should be adult enough to at least take care of the innocent baby that was created by you when you had sex. whether you take care of he or she or you give the baby up for adoption. that baby deserves a fair shot at life!
