The test shouldn't be affected by alcohol.
I had this same worry earlier this week--it wasn't until I was out drinking with friends already that I realized, through the conversation, that I was a week late. I looked everything up that I could on it, and there are zero interactions that I could find. The only drug that is even mentioned is if you are actually taking the hormone that the test looks for!
Obviously I stopped drinking as soon as I realized it, to avoid harming the baby if I was pregnant, but I have had a few nights since when I would have implanted where I was decently drunk.
My test was negative, and my period started this morning!
If you're two weeks late, you might want to consult your doctor, though. This can happen without any problems (if you're very fit, for example, or with some birth controls), but it could be the sign of something going on if you aren't pregnant. If you are pregnant, you should consult with a doctor anyway, especially if you have been drinking.
