It's me again, has anyone here had a normal and successful delivery eventhough the baby's neck is extended. I've had an Ultrasound yesterday and found out that the baby is already head down but she seems to look up or her neck is extended. My doctor didn't explain that there might be problems with face first presentations. I just learned from the net that I might have difficulty in giving birth thru normal delivery and it might cause injuries to the baby. I would just like to know if there is still a way to make the baby tuck his chin and turn to anterior position? I'm really worried, my next appointment is still 3 days away.

Thank you for your answers.

I wouldn't worry to much since baby can still move until birth. They will check as you become closer to your due date and when you go into labor as well its still and issue. plus it doesn't mean you can't deliver just that labor could take longer. If baby becomes intolerable to labor then that's when they decide to do a c-section. However you most likely don't need to worry about that. Good luck!

there is often a huge hazard that your infant will turn the ideal place by the point you supply beginning. I had a posterior beginning (organic) without the help of forceps/vacuum, and have faith me, myself with intense soreness tolerance, you do not prefer to furnish beginning with a posterior infant lol! The hard artwork is much extra intense... i did not comprehend I had a posterior infant till i replace into in hard artwork on the wellbeing facility, they themselves, suggested there replace into of undertaking even on an analogous time as laboring, they advised me to place onto the left area, yet attempt to not lay on your back (I prevented this when I found out i replace into pregnant!), do not bend over on an analogous time as doing living house initiatives, attempt appearing some squats (i've got heard this facilitates!) each and all of the superb!

I wouldn't worry too much because our baby kept turning all over even just days before delivery. I would say that if you want to, you can get on all fours, and gently rock your tummy side to side. The baby sometimes turns on her back for the right positioning.
