make sure you have everythin you need for hospital, including the stuff you wouldnt normally think of such as socks to keep your feet warm during the birth,a water spray to mist your face, very refreshing,a pillow to hug during those contractions, its more comforting to have your own,and paracetomal for the after pains. yes you still get slight period type cramps after the birth. its your womb contracting back to its usual size.if your bottle feeding, have the stearliser unpacked with the bottles inside it ready to switch on and stearlise,so you can make bottles up as soon as you get in from hospital.have the pram unpacked and set up ready, give it a test drive before you have baby, theres nothing worse than having a new baby and trying to figure out how to put up the pram.have moses bascket or cot put up and ready made with blankets. its also handy to keep a bag downstairs with a few baby grows, bibs and vests inside to save you havin to keep going up an down stairs to get baby a change of clothers,if you dont live in a bungerlow. babys have a lot of accidents.have pleanty of ready meals in the freezer and tins in cupboard as you wont feel like cooking much after the birth. babys grow out of nappies rather fast, but take advantage of any buy one get one free packs of baby wipes now every time you go shoppin as you can never have too many and will always need them.get in touch with your health visitor or your local department of work and pensions if you havent done so already to find out wat benifits you may be intitled to.
try to relax and get plenty of rest.
enjoy the rest of your pregancy as your baby will soon be hear, time flys too fast.xx

Hi you might think I'm sad but i spent a lot of time on this site when i was pregnant http://www.i-am-pregnant.com/ Its like a pregnancy Myspace with 1000's of pregnant woman and you make a page and chat to other who are due the same time etc and follow each others progress.
I also did a lot of reading up on things on there, that's where a lot of my Knowledge comes from that i pass onto this site with my Pregnancy answers.
I had to relax during the end as i had SPD and couldn't walk very far lol so i was a bit of a hermit.
Other Than this just relax and build up your energy, you could wash all Baby's items and put them away i id this it helped a lot as then when baby arrived everything was organised.
Enjoy the last 12 weeks of your pregnancy they go so quick
All the best!

Sleep!! get as much sleep as you possibly can because trust me once the baby is here it will feel like it never happens at all!! Make suer you have everything you need immediatly for the bay (diapers, wipes, clothes, bottles, formula/brestpump, and a place for baby to sleep) nearby so not to lose anything that you will majorly need while in the process of moving!!

To be ordinary all human beings is diverse.I on no account had any vomitting or nausea in the initiating.I in basic terms didnt experience like doing something.I didnt even have an urge for nutrition.meals i exploit to love,I hated (nutrition aversions).i could not stand the scent of physique spray or hair products. No stable scents!the 1st trimester replaced into not friendly notwithstanding it wasn't that undesirable in any respect.as quickly as you hit your 2nd trimester, you would be thinking in case you're quite pregnant. It replaced right into a breeze for me! I had a lot skill and my urge for nutrition replaced into back!yet in the direction of the final semester, you would be in discomfort! it's going to experience like your carrying a bowling ball and it is not quite delicate to sleep.Thank God this is totally almost over for me! enjoy your being pregnant and take good care of you.
