ok i know this might sound dumb bc alot of girls dont get sick but i been havin mornin sickness since i was 7 weeks it goes and comes sometimes it goes away for days. but anyways i ask this RN that works with my mom about mornin sickness and she was like as long as i have it than i know my baby is still living and it good to keep havin it until i reach my second trimester. Than my chances of a miscarriage reduce. Is this true about what she said about the mornin sickness( knowin that my baby is still living)?

Morning sickness is from the hormones that form the placenta, which surrrounds your baby. that's why it typically goes away in the second trimester, because the placenta is formed. Alot of morning sickness CAN be a sign that your baby is well-protected, not that its alive every day you throw up. And the whole myth that the sickness completely stops at 12 weeks is total bull by the way. mine got a bit better, but i still toss my cookies at least once a week & I'm about half way into my second tri.

Hun, I never had morning sickness. I did get queezy sometimes, & I've only threw up twice, one of those times, was yesterday. the other time was around 9-10 weeks. I don't think that's true about what she said. I think she maybe was trying to make you feel better about your pregnancy, mentally, to make you feel better about your sickness, but it did the opposite effect. It's alright, hun. I know I didn't get sick that much, and I knew my baby was alive & okay & guess what? It still is, even after something happened on the 4th...(If you're able to email, email me & I'll tell you about that) But Doctor appointment today, everything is fine, and we heard his/her heartbeat at 140 exatcly. Everything is fine, unless you have severe cramping and or heavy bleeding with your pregnancy, so enjoy it, & don't let that bother you. IF you need anyone to talk to, you can email me through here. Take Care & congrats on your pregnancy hun. :D

morning sickness is not a sign of your baby's health.

Many women do not experience morning sickness at all and their babies are fine, just like the days that you lack morning sickness does not mean that you baby is not living

What she means is that you might be miserable while throwing up but it's a little reminder for you that you are pregnant and your little one is growing in there. Many women who have no morning sickness have a hard time "feeling" pregnant before they are showing.

when your baby is growing it is producing a lot of hormones which can cause nausea. Thats what she means, if it happened, your not going to get REAL morning sickness after your baby died...also if it was to, your morning sickness along with other pregnancy symptoms stop very quick. so as long as your having it, if your one of the ones who do, you know your baby is still producing hormones, and is growing.
