You found out what sex baby was?

Im still oly 10 weeks 2 days my scan at 9 weeks was fine but i still cant bring myself rond to telling people im so worried something will happen!thanks for all your answers in advance

I was 22 weeks pregnant when I found out that i am having a il girl.



You bought youre first set of baby clothes?

I was about 7 weeks gone! I saw a baby gro in a charity shop so i brough it!!



You first felt baby move?

I was 16 week pregnant, The first movement i ever felt from her was a great big kick to the side!!



You began to relax abot your pregnancy?

I still havent relaxed! I'm 33 weeks pregnant and am always freaking out at the lil things. I started to tell people after my first scan at 12 weeks. If all is fine go and tell people your wonderful news!!!!!!!

1. found out the sex- 21 weeks



2. Bought baby clothes- first outfit around 14 weeks, but that was just one thing (it was on clearance and adorable) I really didn't buy much if anything until after the birth. You get so many baby clothes even if you don't have a baby shower. Many people that I didn't know at all gave me clothes (friends of my mother and mother-in-law)



3. About 12 weeks. but did feel her constantly until at least a month later



4. Never relaxed but I had complications due to a inherited blood disorder. So without those complications, I probably would have felt relaxed to some extent about midway through the pregnancy.



I am sure that you will be fine. My sister had 4 kids without any problems (I got the bad gene not her) Congratulations

Let's see - found out the sex at 20 weeks, bought some unisex clothes at around 16 weeks. Felt the first movements/flutters around 18/19 weeks. I really still get a little concerned here and there, but I started to loosen up once I got into the 2nd trimester, so around 13/14 weeks. Now that I'm in the 3rd trimester, there is a whole new set of things to think about - labor for one, and how that will go. Best of luck to you! You'll be just fine.

Have had 5 kids.



Found out their sex in order (16 weeks (confirmed 18), 19 weeks, 20 weeks & 22 weeks (but they were wrong said a girl both times and was a boy), 24 weeks (via amnio), 19 weeks.



Brought first jumpsuit or nighty for all of them around 12-14 weeks, once first tri-mester safely ended. With number 4 did not know I was pregnant until 16 weeks and there were problems so waited until after had amnio results at 24 weeks.



First movements around 17 weeks with first and a little earlier with the rest.



I pretty much relaxed from 12 weeks except for with number 4 and I did not relax at all until she was born.



I have since had 2 m/c's (one May 07 at 5 weeks and just had D & C yesterday at what should have been 9.5 weeks but heart stopped at 8weeks 1day).



So I can't imagine every relaxing again while pregnant as unfortunately I know have a glimpse of what can go wrong. I was really lucky to have 5 healthy children.



If it is of any reassurance, once they detect a heart beat your chances of m/c decrease to 3-5%, and if they did not pick anything up you can relax a litle now. Even with this last m/c I knew there were problems for a few weeks due to growth.

Found out the sex at 18 weeks--it's a boy!!

Bought the first outfit at 22 weeks

First felt baby move at 20 weeks

Began to relax--26 weeks now and still haven't!



It's normal for women (especially first timers) to worry excessively about the pregnancy. Around 12-13 weeks, your risk for having a miscarriage decreases greatly--so it would be safe to tell people then. I am 26 weeks (my baby could survive outside the womb now) and I still worry daily that something might be wrong. I try to focus on other, more positive things though.

Clothes- well still haven't bought any, however I just found out the sex but have been looking and putting things on my registry since I got the plus sign

Relax - I just have a good feeling I believe everything be fine, so I guess since I found out! (15 weeks) yes late



I wouldn't stress but wait until your 12 weeks bc your chances of a m/c lower greatly after this hump!!! Stress is very bad for the baby just relax!! What is meant to be will be!!

I know exactly how you feel. I'm only 9 weeks, but my u/s was done at 6 weeks...so I feel like I don't know if everything is going ok or if something has happened over the past month. I hear a lot of people say that you can rest a little easier after 14 weeks. I think even then I'll want an ultrasound to make sure everything is progressing nicely...just to put my mind at ease.



As for the other stuff, I don't know because I'm still early like you. Looking forward to seeing other people's answers. Congrats and good luck!

We're not finding the sex of the baby, but they could see at 17 weeks.



We bought a token set of baby socks at 7 weeks, and my first actual outfit at 15 weeks.



I first felt "flutters" at 16 weeks, and more definative movement at 18 and 1/2 weeks.



I don't think any mother to be relaxes during her pregnancy =) There is always something to invent to worry about.



But after my first trimester, I relaxed a lot.



I had told everyone at 6 weeks, because I'm a big mouth =)

I was 21 weeks when I found out the sex of my baby.

I first felt him move around 16 weeks.

And the relaxing part will come to some and others it wont. This is my second baby and I am not relaxed even though I know what to expect. Just stay calm and love this expierence because not everyone gets a chance to do it.

I told my mum and sister pretty early on and my manager shortly afterwards due to the nature of my job but nobody else until 12-13 weeks - some people still don't know.

1. 32 weeks when we found out he's a boy this time, didn't find out last time.



2. Haven't bought anything clothes-wise yet (33 weeks) but I bought them from about now onwards last time.



3. First pregnancy felt him about 14 weeks, this one about 20 weeks.



4. Never relaxed about either pregnancy!! Been too stressed by everything else going on in my life around those times!! I stopped stressing about complications at about 16 weeks each time though.

i was 20 weeks when i found out i was having a boy, i didn't buy any baby clothes til after he was born (he was my third and my mom and sisters were buying everything), i was about 21 weeks when i felt the baby move, and i was very relaxed about my pregnancies. you have to relax... i can't believe you haven't told anyone! i told people right away cause even if something happened i would rather have people around to support me and i wanted people to celebrate with me... it's no fun being the only one who knows. everything will be fine! don't worry and take care of yourself

My mother bought a set of two onesies after seeing the first Sonagram they had a yellow duckies on them so My 18 yr old sis is nicknaming the baby Duckie!!

2nd pregnancy, i found out at 38 weeks it was a girl, 1st one when he was born!! Bought clothes from 7 months, first baby moved at 22 weeks, 2nd 18 ( I think you dont realise the 1st time round) Relaxed when i gave birth ...well for about 2 minutes!!! Good luck x

i first felt my baby move at 21 weeks from the outside but internally could feel him from about 19 weeks a

I went for a private scan at 16 weeks and found out i was having a boy.

I still havent bought the baby anything but my family have :)



And i always worry i dont think i will stop worrying untill i have my baby boy in my arms!! it natural to panic, but im sure it ill be fine if you have already seen your babies heartbeat!! xx

I'm 21wks now. Don't want to know sex until its born. Hubby is convinced its a girl I don't care.

Haven't bought any thing yet. Will probably start at about 30wks.

Haven't relaxed at all and don't think I will. I've already had a mc. My sister's boy was born with a lot of complications, they were discovered at her 20wk scan. Mine is next Friday and I'm dreading it.

As for telling people I told family at about 8wks, close friends after dating scan, it was 15wks. I'm still having to tell people now as I'm quite neat and not that big of a bump, yet!

first off CONGRATULATIONS!!!

i found out with my son at 20 weeks and i will find out the sex of this one at 20 weeks!



i first felt this one move at 17 weeks (don't remember with my first pregnancy but i know it was later than 17 weeks)



i relaxed after 12 weeks, you will always have fears for your unborn baby but once i passed the 12 week mark i felt alittle better!!!
