ii think you can applie it to your hips. although i used to put mine either on the top of my arm or on my shoulder blade. there should be instructions in the pack that tells you where you can place it so it will be affective.

i became no longer overjoyed with the patch. i became initally sketchy approximately utilising a "decal" as a sort of delivery administration. to no longer point out simply by fact the completed physique is roofed in high quality hair, the patch strikes slightly (simply by sweat in direction of the tip of your week donning it) and it pulls. to no longer point out its only undeniable gruesome to work out. I spoke to my medical professional and now i'm utilising the Nuva Ring which i absolutly LOVE. it quite is a as quickly as a month ring inserted into the vagina and maintains to be in place for 3 weeks. You get rid of it on the tip of the 0.33 week and get your era. Its like CLOCK artwork. i'm plenty happier with this than i became with the patch and that i wasnt so large at takeing the pillat a similar time on a daily basis so that's ideal for me. regardless of you opt for, makesure it fits your existence style. good success!
