a friend of mine had irregular periods, and she was kind of in the same boat as you. wondering why she hasn't gotten preggo. well she went to the doctor and they told her she had some kind of bacteria ( im sorry i can't remember the name of it ) and they gave her some antibiotics to take for 10 days or so, and her partner was advised also to take some medication ( in case he had it, and that way they dont just continue to pass it back and forth ) but anyhow before you worry to much inquire to your doc about the uncomfortable cramping and what not. it may be something really simple that can just be fixed with medication. but my friends symptoms sound very similar to yours. good luck and best wishes getting preggo!

i just went through the same thing with my husband. it took months to conceive and the first time we got pregnant i lost it after only 3 weeks. i had alot of late periods prior, but my doc said that was because my body had not metabolised my birth control out of my system yet. he said with some women it can take up to 2 years. i conceived 2 months after my last miscarriage. i'm now 5 months and going strong. remember gravity can be your friend if trying to get pregnant, but if you really want it you won't give up. alot of times, it happens when you least expect it. good luck!

If you are 2 weeks late everytime, you are irregular. Go talk to your doctor and see if something is going on. Also, you may want to try an ovulation kit. Good luck!
